Single-story house of 100 m² in a quiet neighborhood, featuring a spacious living-dining area with open kitchen leading to the terrace, one bedroom with a 140 cm bed, a second bedroom with a 140 cm bed, a third bedroom with a 90 cm bed, and a mezzanine with a 160 cm bed. Bathroom with tub and shower, separate toilet. WiFi access, large terrace with enclosed garden, barbecue—perfect for relaxing. Parking for 2 cars, baby chair, and crib available. No facility for charging electric cars. Ideal location to explore Nantes, the Voyage à Nantes and the Machines de l’Île, Loire à Vélo, the Nantes vineyards, La Baule beach, Pornic, the Gulf of Morbihan, the Vendée coast and its islands, and Planète Sauvage. Bed linen and towels not included, rental available for an extra fee. Pets are no longer allowed. A security deposit is required upon arrival.
